Legacy Bound History retains copyright in our original writing, design, and templates unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Your materials

You keep ownership of photos, documents, and stories you provide, and grant us a license to use them to produce your project.

Third-party records

Images and transcriptions of historical records remain the property of their respective holders (archives, libraries, government agencies, and record providers) and are included only as permitted by those holders' terms or applicable law. Some records may be cited but not reproduced.
